To Download
Click on the the format (SWF,FLV,WMV) that you want to download it to your computer.
Notes
We can have any format but these are a few
of the most popular and should work for most of your users.
I think .WMV maybe your best option as this should open with
Windows Media Player
Windows media player is usually preinstalled on almost all computers
or available as a free download.
