WWWTrak (v5.0) -- ISP Billing and Customer management

WWWTrak is also an easy to customer billing system. It provides an easy and powerful interface for importing or linking user statistics from the host system, as well as exporting or linking to existing accounting systems.

WWWTrak is centrally built around the customer and the powerful customer form. The customer form is the workhorse of WWWTrak. It is easy to use with an eye toward accuracy. Almost 1/2 of the many fields such as cities, states, country, zip or postal code, billing category, payment terms, pc type, source, commercial customer tag, etc. use handy lookup lists. This greatly reduces the possiblity of error in important customer information.

For WWWTrak there are two types of customers: INDIVIDUAL and COMMERCIAL. Individual accounts provide for the majority of most ISP users and conisists mainly of private and home users. For the majority of these users, simple billing of one of several plans, and perhaps a remote host is all this user type requires.

Commercial accounts are genrally larger and more complex. ISP's provide a wide array of support for the wide matrix of services, materials, and requirements for the dynamic, complex, individually talyored enviornment of todays businesses.
