I am not sure how I feel about "cookies" but I know some
people do NOT like them! There are only a few places I use
them and this is where and why. This cookie will save your
customer information on YOUR computer for 6 months.
If the form has changed since your last visit, this means
additional fields or something is not working right.
Try going to your browser and delete cookies and reset form
